SJM Birth With Ease
Hello my name is Sarah, I have successfully trained as a Hypnobirthing teacher and completed my training with The little birth company. I am a qualified nurse and health visitor and am passionate about providing an inclusive package to all during pregnancy. I also offer a birth planning workshop, Pregnancy Relaxation Programme and A Positive Caesarean Workshop. These courses can be booked either as an individual couple online 1-1. Also group sessions with up to a maximum of three couples at any one time this can also be provided online. By couples I mean the birthing person and their birth partner.
The Hypnobirthing package incorporates everything you need to know about Hypnobirthing and preparing for a positive and calm birth. During the course you will learn about the brain and birth and how they work together.
How to stay calm and in control throughout your labour.
The physiology of birth.
How to make informed choices should you require any interventions.
Breathing techniques and Birthing positions.
Breathing techniques that work with your body to maximize your body's own natural reflexes.
