I'm Lauren Reading-Gloversmith (MBACP), founder of Speak to Lauren, offering online counselling for adults across the UK. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, burnout, creative blocks, and relationship or family challenges. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent, or part of the arts, music, and entertainment industries — individuals who often feel overstretched, misunderstood, or isolated. My aim is to provide a calm, non-judgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and be fully seen and heard. My approach is person-centred and experiential, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for difference. Sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs, allowing for exploration beyond words if desired, such as writing, drawing, or music. Whether you're seeking support with mental health, navigating the pressures of creative work, or simply need a space to process life's challenges, I provide a safe, affirming environment where you can come as you are and take steps toward clarity, balance, and personal growth.
